Privacy policy.
This policy explains what personal information this website collects, why, and what we do with it.

Who we are
This website is operated by Orvynt (“we”, “us”). For anything in this policy, contact us at aryan@orvynt.org or on +61 452 643 753.
What we collect from the contact form
On the public website we only collect what you type into the contact form and choose to send:
- Your name — so we know who we are replying to.
- Your business name — so we can look at your current online presence before replying.
- Your email address — so we can reply.
- The services you ticked — so our reply is about the right thing.
That is all. No form on this site asks for your phone number, address, date of birth or payment details.
What we do not collect
- We run no analytics on this site — no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no heatmaps, no session recording.
- We set no advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not build a profile of you.
- We do not buy, sell, rent or trade personal information, ever.
How your enquiry reaches us
When you submit the contact form, one of two things happens depending on how this site is hosted:
- The details are emailed directly to our inbox by the website's own server; or
- Your own email program opens with the details filled in, and nothing is sent until you press send yourself.
Either way the information travels by email to the address above and is stored in that mailbox. No separate database of enquiries is kept.
If you call us instead
You can phone us rather than use the form. If you do, your phone company will normally show us the number you are calling from, unless you have withheld it. During the call we write down only what we need to help you, which is usually your name, your business and what you are after.
We do not record calls. We use your number to answer your question and to call you back about it, and for nothing else. Ask us to delete your note and number at any time and we will.
If you are a client using the portal
Clients get a private portal to see their monthly figures, download reports and message us. To run it we keep:
- Your login details — your name, email address and the business you are with. Your password is stored only as a one-way scrambled code (a hash). Nobody at Orvynt can see it, and we will never ask you for it.
- When you last signed in — so we can see that access is working and spot anything unusual.
- Security records — when someone fails to sign in or asks for a password reset, we note the email address typed, the time and the internet (IP) address it came from. This is only to stop people guessing passwords. These records are deleted automatically after 24 hours.
- Your business figures and reports — the monthly numbers we add for you (such as website visitors, leads, calls, bookings, ad spend and reviews), our notes on them, and the reports we upload.
- Messages between you and us in the portal. A copy of each message you send also comes to our email inbox so we can reply quickly.
This is stored on the server that runs this website, in a private folder that cannot be reached from the web, and it is only ever seen by the Orvynt team working on your account. The company that rents us the server hardware does not access it. The server is in a data centre in Sydney, Australia.
When we add new figures, a report or a reply, we may email you to say so. Those emails only say that something is waiting and link to the portal; they never contain your figures or messages, because email is not a secure channel.
We use this information to provide the service you have engaged us for, and for nothing else. When you stop being a client we switch off your login straight away and delete your portal account, figures and messages within 90 days, unless you ask us for a copy first. Reports we produced for you may be kept with our business records for 7 years, as tax law requires.
Why we are allowed to use it
We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form before sending. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us, and we will delete your enquiry.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become work are deleted within 12 months. If you become a client, we keep records for as long as we work together and for 7 years afterwards, because tax law requires us to keep business records.
Who else sees it
Only the people who need to in order to reply to you. Your enquiry sits in our email provider's systems, the same as any other email we receive. We do not pass your details to any other company for marketing.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email us and we will action it. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the relevant privacy regulator in your country — in Australia that is the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
Storage on your own device
The public site remembers one thing in your browser: whether you chose the day or night theme. It never leaves your device. The client portal also uses one sign-in cookie, only on portal pages, to keep you signed in. See the cookies page for detail.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
